What do I need to connect to ZATCA?
Your VAT number, commercial registration, national address and a one-time code (OTP) generated in the FATOORA portal.
What is the difference between phase 1 and phase 2?
Phase 1 needs electronic invoices with a QR code. Phase 2 adds integration: invoices are stamped, cleared or reported to ZATCA through FATOORA.
Can I edit an invoice after it is stamped?
No. A stamped invoice is final; issue a credit note to correct it, as ZATCA requires.
Does it work for restaurants and other shop types?
Yes. ZATCA e-invoicing works for every business type in Palace POS ERP once the shop’s country is Saudi Arabia.
