Frequently asked
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Each device keeps working and prints receipts with final invoice numbers. When the connection comes back, everything uploads by itself. Depending on your plan, a device can stay offline from 12 hours up to 30 days.
Are the invoices valid for UAE VAT?
Add your TRN in Settings and every bill becomes a tax invoice with sequential numbers and 5% VAT shown separately. Refunds create credit notes. Please confirm your own VAT treatment with your accountant.
Which devices and printers can I use?
Android phones and tablets (our app), Windows PCs (our app), and any modern browser on iPhone, iPad or Mac. Network and USB 80 mm ESC/POS receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers and EAN-13 label scales are supported.
Can I move my products from another system?
Yes. Send us an Excel or CSV file and we import your products, prices, barcodes and opening stock. Salon Desk customers can move over with their customers and sales.
Is my data safe?
Each business has its own separate account. Data is backed up every hour, staff only see what their role allows, and every change is recorded in an audit log.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. Pay monthly or yearly, and export your data whenever you want. Your first month is free, so you can run your shop on it before you pay.
